Here's a blue tabletop torch that tilts to meet you. The Alter's head swings 90 degrees up or 45 degrees down, which helps when you're lighting at an awkward angle. Inside sits a single jet flame that stands up to wind, and you can turn its strength up or down. The frame is zinc alloy and stainless steel, and the safety lock keeps the button from firing by accident. It ships empty, so grab butane too. After filling, let it rest 5 minutes before the first light, and slide the lock on when you set it down.
