Building your own cones starts with a good tip, and these come pre-rolled and ready. Each one is perfectly round, so your cone has a solid base from the first fold. You get 21 Perfecto tips per pack. The paper is cut to follow the natural grain of the fibers, which helps each tip hold its shape. Set the tip in place first, then wrap your paper around it at a slight angle to form the cone. A wooden poker helps you pack it evenly.
