Skip the twisting. This black electric grinder from Wakit runs on a ball and chain mechanism: you press down on the cap and it does the work for you. You set the texture with your taps. One quick tap gives you a coarse grind, and a few more take it finer. It runs on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, so there's no cord to manage while you use it. Grind in small pulses and check as you go. It's easy to take it a tap further, but you can't undo a grind that's gone too fine.
