Blueberry and lavender, for the end of the night. Pillow Talk is the gummy Ayrloom makes for sleep and pain relief, and this is the stronger of the two versions. Every gummy has 10mg of THC and 5mg of CBN, plus 3mg of melatonin. The CBN gives it a heavy, sleepy feel. There are 10 in all, made with pectin, so they're vegan and gluten-free. They're fast-acting for an edible. Still, stick to one gummy, or half if 10mg is new to you, and wait an hour.
