A thin stainless steel wire runs through every paper in this pack. It works as support while you roll, which makes these a good pick if you're still learning. Once the roll is lit, bend the wire out to make a little handle for easy passing. This is the 1¼ size, and you get 21 wired leaves. Randy's has made its papers in the USA since 1975. Keep the wire side toward you as you roll so it lines up along the seam.
