Six 1¼ cones, pre-rolled from the same paper as RAW Classic papers. All you have to do is fill them. The 1¼ size is RAW's original size, a middle ground between a single wide and a king size. Grind your flower fine, then fill in small amounts and tap the cone on the table between scoops to settle it. A wooden poker helps with the last pack, and a twist at the top closes it up.
